1. Within three days* from <span class=data-keyword>thespan> date of arrival foreign citizens and stateless persons must address to <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Bodies of internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, in particular <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Department of migration and citizenship processing of district (city) units of internal affairs.

<span class=data-keyword>Thespan> Internal Affairs bodies of Uzbekistan carry out temporary registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in <span class=data-keyword>thespan> following <span class=data-keyword>forms:span>
<span>
<span class=data-keyword>thespan> notification is sent by <span class=data-keyword>thespan> administration of tourist information centers, accommodation facilities and medical institutions through a specialized electronic automated program via <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Internet at <span class=data-keyword>thespan> time of <span class=data-keyword>theirspan> settlement/treatment or by inviting (hosting) persons, including tourist operators-before <span class=data-keyword>thespan> tour.

If <span class=data-keyword>thespan> period does not exceed 30 days, inviting (hosting) individuals send notifications
- at <span class=data-keyword>thespan> time of settlement through a specialized electronic automated <a href="<span class=data-keyword>http:span>//reg.emehmon.uz/?lang=ru">Program a>via <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Internet
or
- within 3 days (excluding holidays and weekends (Sunday) by written request to <span class=data-keyword>thespan> internal Affairs bodies.
If <span class=data-keyword>theirspan> period of stay exceeds 30 days,
- notifications are sent within 3 days (excluding holidays and weekends (Sunday) only by written request to <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Internal Affairs bodies.

within 3 days after arrival by contacting <span class=data-keyword>thespan> tourist information centers or nearby accommodation facilities or through specialized electronic automated <a href="<span class=data-keyword>http:span>//reg.emehmon.uz/?lang=ru">Program a>via <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Internet-by independent — data filling indicating <span class=data-keyword>thespan> settlements along <span class=data-keyword>thespan> route.

it is done by responsible persons of means of placement on <span class=data-keyword>thespan> basis of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> written agreement (agreement) on rendering services in placement or independently by owners of <span class=data-keyword>thesespan> houses (apartments), by means of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> specialized electronic automated <a href="<span class=data-keyword>http:span>//reg.emehmon.uz/?lang=ru">Program a>through <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Internet.

For temporary residence permit up to 30 days
<span class=data-keyword>Thespan> invited (receiving) persons are authorized in <span class=data-keyword>thespan> specialized electronic automated <a href="<span class=data-keyword>http:span>//reg.emehmon.uz/?lang=ru">Program a>via <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Internet and use it to pay <span class=data-keyword>thespan> tourist (hotel) fee and send <span class=data-keyword>thespan> following documents to <span class=data-keyword>thespan> territorial internal affairs bodies in electronic form (or refer directly to <span class=data-keyword>thespan> written form)<span class=data-keyword>:span>
- application;
- a copy of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> national passport or document for <span class=data-keyword>thespan> stateless person invited;
- copies of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> written consent of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> homeowner to a temporary residence permit and title documents for housing;
- receipt of payment of tourist (hotel) collection (in case of a written request from internal affairs agencies.
For temporary registration for more than 30 days
inviting (hosting) persons, organizations shall submit to <span class=data-keyword>thespan> territorial bodies of internal Affairs at <span class=data-keyword>thespan> place of <span class=data-keyword>theirspan> location <span class=data-keyword>thespan> following <span class=data-keyword>documents:span>
- application;
- a written request from <span class=data-keyword>thespan> host organization or persons;
- national passport or document for a stateless person;
- written consent of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> homeowner to a temporary residence permit and title documents for housing;
- receipt of payment of state duty.

For temporary registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons for <span class=data-keyword>thespan> period of validity of entry visa and for extension of temporary registration for <span class=data-keyword>thespan> period of visa validity <span class=data-keyword>extension:span>

2. Persons who have a residence permit in Uzbekistan and who have arrived in hotels, medical institutions, sanatoriums, rest homes and <span class=data-keyword>otherspan> similar organizations of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> country, are registered upon <span class=data-keyword>theirspan> arrival by <span class=data-keyword>thespan> administration of <span class=data-keyword>thesespan> institutions on <span class=data-keyword>thespan> basis of a residence permit or travel document

- application
- residence permit or travel document of a stateless person;
- birth certificate - for persons under <span class=data-keyword>thespan> age of 16;
- original housing document (copies are made, originals are returned);
- application (consent) of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> owner (owners) of housing for <span class=data-keyword>thespan> provision of living space or a notarized application (consent) when it is impossible to submit personally;
- receipt of payment of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> state fee for registration

After examination and processing of documents within a 1 day period internal affairs bodies process a temporary registration with <span class=data-keyword>thespan> notation in <span class=data-keyword>thespan> residence permit or issues a leaflet on temporary registration in <span class=data-keyword>thespan> region with protected BARE-CODE.
<span class=data-keyword>Thespan> period of validity of temporary registration - from 3 days to 6 months at <span class=data-keyword>thespan> place of stay without extract from permanent residence.

To extend <span class=data-keyword>thespan> temporary registration, <span class=data-keyword>thespan> inviting (hosting) persons or organizations should contact <span class=data-keyword>thespan> territorial internal affairs bodies within 3 working days before <span class=data-keyword>thespan> expiration of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> temporary registration.
Extension is carried out on <span class=data-keyword>thespan> basis <span class=data-keyword>of:span>
- written applications from host organizations;
- written requests of inviting (hosting) persons, organizations;
- written statements of foreign citizens and stateless persons <span class=data-keyword>themselvesspan>, who arrived without invitations from third parties.
<span>
<span class=data-keyword>Thespan> following individuals are exempted from temporary <span class=data-keyword>registration:span>
a) <span class=data-keyword>thespan> heads of state and government of foreign countries, members of parliamentary and governmental delegations, technical staff of <span class=data-keyword>thesespan> delegations, members of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> families of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> persons listed above;
b) persons who arrived in Uzbekistan on passports issued by <span class=data-keyword>thespan> UN;
c) persons accredited in <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
d) persons under <span class=data-keyword>thespan> age of 16;
e) persons arriving to Uzbekistan on holidays and weekends or for a period of up to 3 days on ordinary days and leaving <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Republic during <span class=data-keyword>thesespan> days;
f) persons making a trip, if <span class=data-keyword>thespan> period of <span class=data-keyword>theirspan> stay in each specific location of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> Republic does not exceed 3 days, upon <span class=data-keyword>thespan> presence of documents confirming <span class=data-keyword>thespan> fact of stay. Thus <span class=data-keyword>thespan> requirement of continuous registration in one location is not established;
g) members of crews of foreign military aircraft (vessels) who arrived in Uzbekistan in accordance with <span class=data-keyword>thespan> established procedure;
h) persons who are part of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> crews of foreign vehicles engaged in <span class=data-keyword>thespan> carriage of goods and passengers in international traffic, while <span class=data-keyword>theyspan> are in cities and towns on <span class=data-keyword>thespan> routes of transportation, including at destination;
i) persons, included in crews of foreign non-military ships being in garrisons and boundary cities, and in case of organized departures of <span class=data-keyword>thesespan> persons for excursions — in <span class=data-keyword>otherspan> cities of Uzbekistan also;
g) persons, included in crews of civil aircrafts of international airlines, trains brigades of international rail traffic, while in <span class=data-keyword>thespan> airports or at <span class=data-keyword>thespan> stations listed in <span class=data-keyword>thespan> current schedule.
<span>
1. Temporary Registration is not a ground <span class=data-keyword>:span>
- for <span class=data-keyword>purchasespan> of a house;
- getting a permanent job and social guarantees.
2. Temporary registration of foreigners who arrived in a particular region of Uzbekistan from <span class=data-keyword>anotherspan> region to study is carried out with an extraction of him or her from <span class=data-keyword>thespan> former place of residence for <span class=data-keyword>thespan> period of study.
***Educational institutions shall notify internal affairs bodies who issued a temporary registration at <span class=data-keyword>thespan> place of temporary stay on <span class=data-keyword>thespan> date of <span class=data-keyword>thespan> decision <span class=data-keyword>on:span>
- transfer to <span class=data-keyword>anotherspan> educational institution located outside a certain area;
- academic leave;
- expulsion from <span class=data-keyword>thespan> educational institution.
On <span class=data-keyword>thespan> basis of this notification, internal affairs bodies annuls a temporary registration.
