PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) "advice.uz" portal (hereinafter referred to as the Portal). Applied information received from the user when using the portal or other mobile applications associated with the portal. The portal is an officially registered site in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The use of any resources of the Portal means that the user unconditionally agrees with this policy and the terms set forth in it. If the user does not agree with the terms of this policy, he or she should not use the resources of the Portal.                         

1. TERMS
Advice.uz is the site of the content on the server.
"advice.uz" is a site that provides free legal information and online advice to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens and stateless persons.
Personal information is any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific individual or legal entity (subject of personal data). Confidentiality of personal data is a mandatory requirement for persons who have the right to use the information of individuals or legal entities, not to use or disclose information about others without their consent or legal grounds.             

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED AND PROCESSED BY THE SITE OF PORTAL
5. This Privacy Policy defines the obligations of the Portal Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) to protect confidentiality and non-disclosure of information requested by the site when a user is registering on the site and using legal documents.

Personal data permitted for processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy is provided by the user independently by filling out the form during registration on the site and it includes: user's last name, first name, patronymic name, phone number and e-mail address. The processed information also includes any additional information provided by the user independently to the administration of the site or according to the request of the administration.             

3. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
7. To protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction and unauthorized access by third parties, the administration uses modern software and hardware to provide protection and security measures.
The administration undertakes to make all measures to ensure the confidentiality of information. The administration has the right to access the user's personal data pursuant to the user's request or the request of a court or law enforcement agencies to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of the administration, as well as in other cases provided by law.        

4. CHANGES OF PRIVACY POLICY
8. The administration has the right to independently make changes to this Policy. The modified version of the policy comes into force immediately after publication on the site and to be mandatory for the user.  Users can be specially notified of changes of the policy, but such notification is not required, and the Administration encourages all interested parties to track changes in the policy. If users do not agree with the changes in the policy, they must stop using the site.
