Until the issue of providing a woman with an easier job or one that eliminates the impact of unfavorable production factors, she must be released from work with the preservation of the average monthly earnings for all work days missed as a result.

Women with children under the age of 2 years, in case of impossibility of performing the previous job, are transferred to an easier job or one that excludes the impact of unfavorable production factors, while maintaining the average monthly earnings from the previous job until the child reaches the age of 2 years.
