Women with children under the age of three and working in budgetary institutions and organizations are provided with reduced working hours of no more than 35 hours a week.
In the case of reduced working hours, wages are paid in the amount established for the relevant category of employees for a full day's work period.
Pregnant women and women with children under fourteen years old (disabled children under sixteen years old) without their consent are not allowed to be involved in night work, overtime work, work on weekends and on business trips.
However, engaging pregnant women and women with children under three years of age to work at night is allowed only if there is a medical certificate confirming that such work does not pose a threat to the health of the mother and child.
