Women in need of housing are women in difficult social situations, disabled mothers, low-income families raising children in single-parent families and in need of better housing conditions.

Affordable housing - Multi-story multi-apartment (2 and 3-room) and one-story (2 and 3-room) houses are built on a land plot of 0.02 hectares, built in a complex with additional utilities. and social infrastructure under the program.

A low-income family is a family whose total monthly income corresponds to 1.06 times the minimum wage for each family member.

Affordable housing is allocated annually on the basis of preferential mortgages in the following order:
  • In the regions of category I - from one-story high-rise buildings (2-3 rooms) and one-story three-room (side by side) low-rise buildings with up to five courtyards, located on 0.02 hectares of land;
  • In areas of category II - from apartments in two-story buildings (2-3 rooms) and one-story 3-room (side by side) low-rise buildings with up to eight courtyards on 0.02 hectares of land;
  • In the cities of the 1st category and districts of Tashkent - from apartments to six apartment buildings (2-3 rooms);
  • In cities of the II category - from apartments in multi-story buildings to ten (2-3 rooms);
  • One-story 3-room (side-by-side) inexpensive houses, located on 0.02 hectares of land in undeveloped areas (cities), are being replaced by apartments in multi-story buildings (2-3 rooms);
  • multi-story buildings (2-3 room) in undeveloped areas (cities) from one-story 3-room (side by side) inexpensive houses, which instead are located on 0.02 hectares of land.

The applicant, as a candidate, submits to the chairman of the commission a request-application and documents in the prescribed form at the place of permanent residence for a written recommendation.

Criteria for identifying women in need of housing:
  • the applicant does not have a place of residence by right of ownership and lives in a rented or unsuitable for habitation room;
  • living in the same house (apartment) with another family (s);
  • multiple childhood;
  • the applicant's family income;
  • sick women forced to live in a separate room for social reasons (tuberculosis, severe manifestations of skin and genital diseases, purulent inflammation in diabetes mellitus, psoriasis) (based on the conclusion of the district medical association);
  • the presence of the first group of disabled persons among the family members of the applicant;
  • inconsistency of the applicant's living space with the social norms of living space provided for by law (total living space for one person is at least 16 square meters, for wheelchair users at least 23 square meters);
  • single women with the first group of disabilities;
  • single women caring for a child with a severe disability (on the basis of a certificate from the district (city) department of family and family support and the conclusion of a medical association).

  • Based on the results of considering the application and studying the living conditions, the Commission, within 1 working day after considering the application, makes a written recommendation to the applicant for further referral to the branches of the design organization.
  • If a written recommendation is denied, the Commission within 1 working day shall send the applicant a written notification indicating the exact reasons for the refusal and the time period during which the applicant can submit documents for reconsideration.

 

Documents required for obtaining a mortgage loan:
  • written recommendation;
  • an application for a mortgage loan indicating the purpose, security, term and amount of the loan;
  • copy of the applicant's (co-borrower's) passport;
  • documents confirming the financial condition of the applicant (co-borrower);
  • Certificate of placement of the initial deposit in a savings account;
  • a copy of the original contract with the branch of the engineering company.
