Women with children under two years of age are provided with additional breastfeeding breaks in addition to rest and meal breaks. These breaks are provided at least once every three hours, each lasting at least thirty minutes. In the case of two or more children under 2 years of age, the break must be at least one hour.

Breaks for feeding a child are included in working hours and are paid based on the average monthly wage.

At the discretion of the woman with the child, nursing breaks may be added to the general break for rest and eating, or summarized and postponed to the beginning or end of the working day (work shift) and the working day (work shift) is shortened accordingly.

The exact duration of these breaks and the procedure for their granting are determined by the collective agreement, if it has not been concluded - in agreement with the employer and the trade union committee or other representative body of workers.
